StaffDNA released the Candidate SmartMatchTM, a pairing technology that allows healthcare facilities to directly source the best available clinicians for full-time and part-time positions. This new platform allows employers to connect with active job seekers who are looking for employment.

Facilities that are registered with StaffDNA have access to a self-service dashboard where they can specify their matching criteria, including profession, specialty and years of experience, among other options. The StaffDNA platform matches each candidate with an employer’s selected criteria, and then submits only top qualified candidates for the facility’s consideration.
Candidates are delivered in two formats – a lead and a profile. Leads contain a candidate’s up-to-date contact information, employment preferences and available start date. Profiles contain a full job application package, including a resume, skills checklists and any credential and compliance documents provided by the applicant. Pricing is structured around a pay-as-you-receive model, so employers only pay for the leads and profiles delivered each month.
