As an Account Manager, your primary focus is creating and cultivating relationships with current and potential clients in your designated territory to staff clients with our healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities: 

  • Pursue qualified and unqualified leads to develop your territory, and identify new hospitals that require healthcare staffing services 
  • Submit qualified candidates to requirements, schedule interviews to take place, and close deals 
  • Reverse market candidates by submitting them to potential and existing clients 
  • Coordinate contracts and compliance
