The Contract Administrator is responsible for handling all company contracts to ensure employees and executives understand the terms they agree to.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Reads and reviews legal contracts while providing insight into those of management to make sure they match our contract guidelines
  • Works closely with the sales and business development team
  • Assists in vetting clients to ensure the organization works with the best clients to support their needs for contingent labor
  • Requests COI for all contracts
  • Assists with chasing new business contracts
  • Helps update client details on signed agreements

Your Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Adobe
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • At least 2 years of contract administration experience
  • Associates Degree + preferred
