LPN/LVN – Telemetry (TELE)

If you are passionate about providing specialized care for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring, join us as a LPN/LVN in the Telemetry (TELE) unit. In this role, you will assist in monitoring patients’ heart rhythms and supporting their recovery under the supervision of an RN or physician.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients’ cardiac rhythms using telemetry equipment and report abnormalities promptly to the healthcare team.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Assist with basic patient care tasks such as bathing, feeding, and mobility support as needed.
• Document patient data accurately, including vital signs, medication administration, and changes in condition.
• Collaborate with RNs and physicians to implement individualized care plans for patients recovering from cardiac events or surgeries.

Work Environment:

• The role is based in telemetry units within hospitals or specialized cardiac care facilities equipped with advanced monitoring systems.
