Registered Nurse (RN) – Director of Long-Term Care (LTC)

If you are an experienced nursing leader passionate about providing exceptional care for long-term care residents, join us as a Registered Nurse (RN) – Director of LTC. In this role, you will oversee clinical operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead a team dedicated to improving residents’ quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff in delivering high-quality care to residents in a long-term care facility.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Monitor clinical outcomes and quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans for residents.
  • Manage staffing schedules, recruitment, and training programs to support professional development among nursing staff.
  • Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare teams to address concerns and improve satisfaction.
