About Us

A track record of award-winning 'firsts'

At StaffDNA, we don’t follow trends – we set them. As an industry leader in the healthcare hiring ecosystem, we’ve been innovating, empowering and connecting the right people since 2020. Our commitment to excellence and supporting healthcare job seekers and the facilities that hire them has led us to innovate, lead and create multiple ‘firsts’ in the industry. We are:

Innovators

StaffDNA is the first comprehensive digital marketplace that enables healthcare professionals to find jobs, manage contracts and stay organized in their career.

Industry trendsetters

We are the first healthcare staffing tech company to prioritize pay transparency, sharing pay packages, job details and benefits to help candidates earn more and facilities reduce costs.

Facilitators

StaffDNA is the first digital hiring marketplace to eliminate barriers, including showing the highest-paying healthcare jobs to candidates without registration.

Technology developers

We are one of the first staffing companies to use AI matching for healthcare jobs, helping candidates find the best positions and giving facilities access to the most qualified candidates.

Patent and award winners

Through design and innovation, we simplify healthcare hiring, earning hundreds of industry awards and over a dozen USPTO patents— a first for any staffing agency.

Community supporters

We believe in community and giving back, making us the first healthcare staffing agency to be the title sponsor for a college bowl game—the StaffDNA Cure Bowl—uniting teams to fight cancer.

StaffDNA works with candidates and facilities to streamline the hiring process. Here’s how we work with each:
