Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Clinic/Dr. Office

If you are passionate about supporting healthcare providers in clinical settings, join us as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in a Clinic or Doctor’s Office. In this role, you will assist with patient care, administrative tasks, and clinical procedures under the supervision of physicians or nurse practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for medical exams by taking vital signs, updating medical records, and explaining procedures.
• Assist healthcare providers during exams and procedures by handling instruments, preparing samples for lab tests, and maintaining a clean environment.
• Administer medications as directed by physicians and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
• Perform routine lab tests such as phlebotomy or EKGs and document results accurately.
• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining office supplies.

Work Environment:

• The role is based in clinics, private practices, or medical offices where CMAs work closely with healthcare providers to support patient care.
• This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
