Key Responsibilities:

- Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
- Assist with patient mobility, including safe transfer techniques and ambulation.
- Prepare rooms for admissions and assist with patient transport.
- Collect specimens as directed by nursing staff.
- Observe and report changes in patient conditions to the nursing team.
- Assist with medical procedures and treatments under nurse supervision.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
